Here’s what you need to know about the big event, which will take place from October 23 – 27, 2023 at TNWJBES Library:
Say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Anyone can contribute! Share each child’s eWallet so friends and family can add funds and give your kids more books to enjoy.
If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Book Fair online. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Every online purchase will also benefit our school.

You will not want to miss the exciting events taking place this evening! Join us at 5:30 p.m. for the Homecoming Parade featuring our campus kings, queens, and homecoming court. Enjoy the tasty treats on Oilers Avenue and experience the showcases of talent as the Power of the Pine Belt along with other area bands and special guest band including the Sounds of Dyn-O-Mite from Alcorn State University perform in the parade and during the Battle of the Bands. Tickets for Battle of the Bands can be purchased on GoFan for $8 and $10 at the gate. We look forward to seeing each of you this evening!

As a special treat, we will have the Sounds of Dyn -O-Mite Marching Band from Alcorn State University performing in both the parade and Battle of the Bands. Greetings EJSD Families: It is Homecoming week in Oiler Nation and we have many exciting events in store! Tickets to all events will be available for purchase on Go Fan for $8 and $10 at the gate . In effort to eliminate waiting in line, today we will pre-sale tickets for Battle of the Bands and the game at the HHS gym ticket booth from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. During this time you can also purchase Homecoming 2023 t-shirts of any size for $15. On Thursday, HHS /HJHS campuses will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. and TNWJBES at 1:15 p.m. The Homecoming Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m. in downtown Heidelberg on Thursday evening. On Friday, the pre-game show will begin at 5 p.m. and the tailgating gates will open at 4:00 p.m. As a reminder fall break for all EJSD students, faculty, and staff will be Oct. 16th - 20th and classes will resume on Oct. 23rd. Also, we will officially begin our early release Wednesdays on Oct. 25th. HHS/HJHS will dismiss at 2 p.m. and TNWJBES at 2:15 p.m. every Wednesday. Please add these important dates/events to your calendar and join us for the upcoming Homecoming 2023 events.

We are kicking off the 2023-2024 school year celebrating our school spirit in Oiler & Brave style! Students will be allowed to wear a school t-shirt and jeans August 2 - 18, 2023.
EJSD Families:
The 2023-2024 school year will begin for students on Wednesday, Aug. 2nd. In order for your child to attend, parents/guardians must complete the registration process and verify residency by or before Wednesday, July 26, 2023. Please bring two proofs of residency and a photo ID. All incoming 7th graders will also need verification that he/she has taken the T-Dap vaccine. All documents should be taken to the Heidelberg High School library by or before July 26th. We look forward to seeing each of you in the new school year.

EJSD Families:
Registration for the 2023-2024 school year for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and new enrollees will be held on July 10-14, 2023 in the HHS auditorium from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For all returning students, registration packets will be available for pick up at the main office of each school site on July 10-26, 2023. Registration packets can be returned along with a photo ID and two proofs of residency - one item from column A and one item from column B. All incoming 7th graders will need to take the T-Dap and provide an updated shot record. The deadline for registration is July 26, 2023. Have a happy and safe summer!

Registration for incoming Kindergarten students will be held on June 8-9, 2023 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. in TNWJBES library. Please see the flyer for a list of items to bring. You will need one proof from each of the categories.
